Our History

A Taste of the Caribbean has been an Albuquerque favorite for over twenty years. Originally cooking at the Albuquerque Pavilion at Expo New Mexico, we are happy to serve the public from our location in the UNM area. We’ve spent more than two decades sharing flavorful dishes made with love, a smile, and that unmistakable Caribbean flair everyone enjoys!
